OVERVIEW

After the new risk assessment for Bisphenol A (BPA), a ban on BPA in FCM and during the production of food is expected at the end of 2024. We present an overview of different analytical approaches for various food matrices and food contact materials. Also, we show observations made during our method development and screening phases for food and food contact materials in the past two and a half years.
